Location: Remote, must be based in The United States

Salary: $105,000 – $120,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Conduct requirement gathering sessions and interpret business needs.
• Configure and conduct enablement sessions for hirify.global Community and Education platforms.
• Establish rapport with clients and manage expectations throughout implementations.
• Identify and escalate potential issues/risks, partnering with stakeholders for resolution.
• Participate in establishing best practices and mature team capabilities.
• Collaborate with the Technical Project Manager as a Subject Matter Expert for the hirify.global platform.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of Professional Services/Enterprise product implementation or related experience (SaaS preferred).
• Solid understanding of Web services, APIs, and Webhooks.
• Experience troubleshooting SSO-related issues (SAML, Oauth 2, Open ID Connect).
• In-depth knowledge and experience with enterprise software application implementations (waterfall and agile).
• Executive presence and confidence in communicating with technical, business, and senior leader stakeholders.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms and create structure in ambiguous situations.

Nice to have

• Hands-on 1-2 years of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Familiarity with DNS concepts.
• Experience with at least one object-oriented programming language.
• CRM experience/certification (SFDC, MS Dynamics, Zendesk).
• Experience working with AWS Cloud services (CloudFront, S3).
