Location: Remote for candidates based in the Central U.S., with periodic travel for customer meetings, team onsites, and field events as needed.

Salary: $210,000 – $260,000 annually

What you will do

• Partner with Strategic Account Executives to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder deal cycles.
• Create and demo custom environments tailored to customer industry and line of business.
• Run and manage technical POC cycles end-to-end, including success criteria definition, setup, execution, and readouts.
• Perform customer-facing activities including technical discovery calls, architecture reviews, and solution design sessions.
• Lead security and compliance conversations to make customers comfortable with hirify.global’s security posture and data handling.
• Work cross-functionally with Product and Engineering to deliver customer requests and be a strong voice of the customer.
• Develop ROI and business justification reports and presentations that tie hirify.global to measurable outcomes for strategic accounts.

Requirements

• 8+ years of sales engineering or solution consulting experience in a SaaS organization.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of executive-facing presentations.
• Familiarity with at least one major cloud environment (GCP, AWS, Azure).
• Proficiency in Python or Java.
• Ability to configure, monitor, and maintain API-based integrations.
