What you will do
- Manage and expand important customer accounts (high growth technology, retail, eCommerce, fintech).
- Develop, drive, and execute account strategy to achieve strong revenue and gross profit results.
- Partner with hirify.global teams to identify new revenue opportunities within your portfolio.
- Serve on a cross-functional account team (product, finance, support, services).
- Run a disciplined forecast and present guidance to executive management.
- Conduct highly consultative sales cycles with a focus on discovery and advocating for customer needs.
Requirements
- More than 10 years of experience in major account or strategic sales.
- Experience supporting Chinese territories with coverage of DeFi (cryptocurrency) enterprises.
- Accountable for relationship management, cross-sells, upsells, and solutions consulting.
- Proven track record of managing business forecasts and financial models using MEDDPICC.
- Demonstrated success in developing, growing, and delivering revenue/gross profit for large-scale enterprise customers in North Asia (Hong Kong & China).
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- Fluency in Mandarin (speaking and writing) is desired to work with Chinese customers.
Nice to have
- CDP & CPaaS experience.
- Experience selling SaaS/CPaaS/CDP solutions to technical and business audiences.
- Understanding of the customer experience (CDP + CPaaS) business model.
- Experience managing High Tech Chinese enterprises, including DeFi & cryptocurrency.
