What you will do
- Lead the execution of the go-to-market strategy for expansion verticals.
- Conduct market mapping to identify priority players and build business cases for new sub-sectors or partnerships.
- Serve as an internal operational expert, partnering with Risk, Product, Sales, Partnerships, and CS teams.
- Define, track, and report on key operational performance indicators for Expansion Verticals deal progression.
- Represent the company at industry events and contribute to thought leadership.
Requirements
- 5+ years in business development, partnerships, or enterprise sales, ideally within travel, ticketing, payments, or e-commerce.
- Strong understanding of airline systems, OTA business models, and travel fintech/payments flows preferred.
- Proven track record of identifying opportunities, deal structuring, and growing large enterprise accounts.
- Ability to design and execute vertical go-to-market strategies.
- Comfort engaging with C-level executives in both commercial and technical discussions.
- Demonstrated experience in implementing cross-functional process improvements within a growing B2B SaaS environment.
Nice to have
- 3+ years strategy consulting or equivalent experience in GTM strategy or business operations.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with an ability to open new markets from scratch.
- Bilingual Spanish or Portuguese preferred.
