What you will do

• Lead multiple engineering teams developing customer-facing and AI-enabled SaaS products and core platforms.
• Drive high-quality product development, focusing on speed, reliability, security, and scalability.
• Partner with Product Management to align engineering execution with business outcomes.
• Provide executive oversight for AI-enabled capabilities and guide organizational design.
• Attract senior engineering managers, directors, and principal engineers within the Polish engineering community.
• Build a high-performing leadership bench and foster a culture of ownership and accountability.

Requirements

• 15+ years of engineering experience, including significant senior leadership (Director/Senior Director/VP level).
• Proven success leading large, multi-team engineering organizations within SaaS or global product companies.
• Strong background in modern product development, including cloud-based platforms, distributed systems, and enterprise-grade software.
• Experience scaling organizations through growth and transformation.
• Ability to operate at both strategic and hands-on leadership levels.
• Prior experience working with or leading teams in Poland or Central/Eastern Europe is strongly preferred.
