Location: Hybrid (Warsaw, Poland) - 2 days per week in office
Salary: zł351,200.00 - zł444,200.00

What you will do
- Act as a strategic thought partner to the CTO, challenging assumptions and synthesizing complex information into actionable insights.
- Facilitate quarterly OKR planning and reviews across the engineering organization.
- Prepare Board of Directors presentations and draft strategic memos for the CEO and executive team.
- Optimize the CTO's time allocation and proactively resolve operational issues before they escalate.
- Manage the Engineering Leadership Team (SLT) by facilitating meetings, tracking actions, and designing strategic off-sites.
- Lead annual engineering budget planning and identify cost optimization opportunities.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in or be able to work hybrid in Warsaw, Poland
- Experience in shaping strategy and operations for an engineering organization at a growth stage.
- Proven ability to act as an executive proxy, driving decisions and cross-organizational initiatives.
- Strong track record in strategic planning, OKR management, and high-level executive communication.
- Expertise in organizational problem-solving and handling high-complexity technical/operational escalations.
