What you will do

• Act as a strategic thought partner to the CTO, challenging assumptions and synthesizing complex information into actionable insights.
• Facilitate quarterly OKR planning and reviews across the engineering organization.
• Prepare Board of Directors presentations and draft strategic memos for the CEO and executive team.
• Optimize the CTO's time allocation and proactively resolve operational issues before they escalate.
• Manage the Engineering Leadership Team (SLT) by facilitating meetings, tracking actions, and designing strategic off-sites.
• Lead annual engineering budget planning and identify cost optimization opportunities.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or be able to work hybrid in Warsaw, Poland
• Experience in shaping strategy and operations for an engineering organization at a growth stage.
• Proven ability to act as an executive proxy, driving decisions and cross-organizational initiatives.
• Strong track record in strategic planning, OKR management, and high-level executive communication.
• Expertise in organizational problem-solving and handling high-complexity technical/operational escalations.
