What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of 8–10 systems and backend engineers, fostering technical excellence.
• Own the vision and roadmap for the Bidding Platform's infrastructure layer, focusing on efficiency and security.
• Deliver platform capabilities as self-service products with clear usage contracts for vertical teams.
• Collaborate on IT-wide capacity planning and scale the platform to handle massive traffic.
• Manage the on-call alarm framework and drive the continuous elimination of noisy alerts.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a technical leadership role (Team Lead or Engineering Manager).
• Strong hands-on background in distributed systems, deployment, monitoring, and load balancing.
• Deep understanding of concurrent programming and complex IT systems spanning hardware and software.
• Critical performance analysis skills, from theoretical estimation to production optimization.
• C1-level English and Polish fluency required.
