What you will do

• Act as primary lead for the payments sub-domain, accountable for outcomes, and ensuring quality product delivery.
• Lead, develop, and coach product, engineering, and design colleagues in discovery, prioritization, and execution of product initiatives.
• Establish and drive a culture of customer closeness across the team, using an iterative approach to achieve outcomes.
• Coach the use of agile methodologies within the team.
• Drive product metrics that demonstrate product impact for customers and the business.
• Develop and drive clear OKRs for your team, aligned to the business strategy.

Requirements

• Demonstrated track record of successfully managing products from concept to market across multiple squads.
• Experience in the digital payments sector within a high payment volume business.
• Experience with international payment methods and multi-currency payment systems.
• Strong grasp of payment ecosystems and financial systems.
• Strong experience developing consumer products.
• Team leadership experience, specifically developing and coaching squads to achieve shared objectives.
• Demonstrated understanding and experience of agile methodologies.
• Ability to establish and track OKRs aligned to organizational goals.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with payments compliance for international markets.
