Product Manager (Fintech): Managing features and functionality for card transaction processing on an eCommerce payment gateway with an accent on secure and compliant transaction processing and product development lifecycle. What you will do

Become a subject matter expert on card payments within the Global Payments eCommerce Gateway, ensuring secure and compliant transaction processing.
Bring product concepts through the defined product development lifecycle, understanding needs and identifying options for prioritization.
Work on multiple projects, focusing on analysis of business and user needs, and documenting requirements with technical specifications.
Collaborate with Agile development teams in multiple regions and colleagues globally, answering development questions.
Investigate and support resolution of simple to medium problems to minimize stakeholder impact.
Support go-to-market and training activities, communicating product capabilities to various stakeholders.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a technology or business field, or comparable training and experience.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a Product Management role.
Experience of working within a technology, software, or payments environment.
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Ability to take ownership of a product area and maintain relationships within cross-functional teams.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to articulate complex problems clearly and succinctly.

Nice to have

Scrum Product Owner certification.
Business Analyst certification (e.g., CCBA, CBAP, BCS).
Experience in document preparation, solutions design, or programming language fundamentals.
