What you will do

• Become a subject matter expert on reporting processes on the hirify.global Gateway.
• Lead product concepts through the defined product development lifecycle and prioritize them appropriately.
• Collaborate with Agile development teams in multiple regions and other business areas, answering questions during development.
• Lead the redesign and enhancement of CRM analytics by developing and scaling Power BI dashboards and reporting models.
• Improve data visibility and enable self-service analytics for stakeholders.
• Ensure consistent, accurate, and trustworthy data across integrated systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technology or business field, or comparable training and experience.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a Product Management role.
• Experience of working within a technology, software, or payments environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to articulate problems clearly.
• Ability to work within cross-functional teams and obtain results by negotiating between differing goals.

Nice to have

• Scrum Product Owner certification.
• Business Analyst certification (e.g., CCBA, CBAP, BCS).
• Hands-on experience building or managing Power BI dashboards and data models.
