What you will do

• Become a subject matter expert on card payments within the hirify.global eCommerce Gateway.
• Manage product concepts through the defined product development lifecycle, from need identification to prioritisation.
• Conduct analysis of business and user needs and document requirements for technical specifications.
• Collaborate with Agile development teams and global colleagues during the development process.
• Investigate and support resolution of simple to medium problems and provide post-implementation support.
• Support go-to-market and training activities, communicating product capabilities to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technology or business field, or comparable training and experience.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a Product Management role.
• Experience of working within a technology, software, or payments environment.
• Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills, and ability to break down complex problems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to dig into problems and articulate them clearly and succinctly.

Nice to have

• Scrum Product Owner certification.
• Business Analyst certification (e.g., CCBA, CBAP, BCS, International Diploma in Business Analysis).
• Experience in document preparation, solutions design, or programming language fundamentals.
