What you will do

• Collect, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional specifications and test scenarios for payment solutions.
• Prioritize tasks and collaborate with engineering teams to elaborate user stories and ensure clear deliverables.
• Communicate with subject matter experts, system users, and external clients to identify business opportunities.
• Apply expertise in SWIFT, ISO 20022, Faster Payments Services, BACS, and SEPA to shape payment solutions.
• Assess the impact of new systems and products, ensuring alignment with business needs.
• Partner with compliance, tax, legal, and accounting teams for feature and product compliance.
• Develop and maintain feature roadmaps using data-driven insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a business or science-related field.
• 5+ years of experience in the finance or payments industry.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for customer insights.
• Demonstrated success in delivering products or features end-to-end.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
