What you will do

  • Deliver value to customers and stakeholders by prioritising work for 1-2 Feature or Component teams.
  • Lead and inspire Software Engineers and cross-functional teams in technology change delivery.
  • Drive end-to-end delivery of initiatives through experiment cycles.
  • Facilitate identification and management of new opportunities, ensuring projects are delivered safely and ethically.

Requirements

  • Product Owner experience applying agile methodologies to craft product vision and define work.
  • Passionate leadership skills, empowering teams to deliver excellent solutions in response to customer needs.
  • Ability to think 'big' with a data-driven mindset and value incremental improvements.
  • Ability to influence alignment and explain prioritisation decisions.
  • Awareness of competitors and opportunities within the banking industry.
  • Experience in change delivery and Payment Services/processes within a financial services environment.
  • Location: Hybrid, requiring at least two days per week at the Edinburgh office.
