What you will do
- Deliver on business goals and manage pipeline, accurately forecasting deals.
- Engage with high potential clients, both virtually and face-to-face, to close business in Italy.
- Build strong insights on target customer needs and collaborate with the product team to adapt hirify.global's value offering.
- Identify emerging trends in the corporate language market in Italy and maintain awareness of the competitive environment.
- Represent hirify.global at local trade fairs, conferences, and events.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and English languages.
- Extensive experience in B2B SaaS sales.
- Proven track record of closing deals with contract value of €200k+.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Knowledge of the corporate Learning & Development landscape in Italy.
Nice to have
- Additional European/Asian Language.
- Experience in Ed-tech or selling to L&D/Training/HR professionals.
- Proficient in using MEDDIC.
- Hubspot experience.
