TL;DR

Client Success Manager (SaaS): Nurturing and growing relationships with clients, driving adoption of the hirify.global platform, and serving as a trusted advisor on product functionality. Focus on strategic success planning, demonstrating value through QBRs, and proactively ensuring clients achieve maximum benefit.

Location: Hybrid position requiring 3 days in office in Lehi, Dallas, Houston (United States), or Calgary (Canada), with 2 days remote.

What you will do

  • Nurture and grow client relationships, identifying key stakeholders through proactive engagement.
  • Maintain client momentum after launch, leveraging critical success factors to increase hirify.global platform adoption.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor for clients on use-case, product functionality, and applicable program recommendations.
  • Perform regular review-and-planning sessions (Success Planning and QBRs) with client stakeholders.
  • Act as the voice of hirify.global clients, working cross-functionally to solve problems and drive improvements.
  • Own the overall health of each assigned client account.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years in a customer-facing role with an Enterprise SaaS company or supplier management with a large organization.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite, SFDC, CRM tools, and JIRA.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized, collaborative, responsive, and proactive approach to client engagement.
  • Past success mastering new, complex technologies, processes, and concepts and training/mentoring others.

Nice to have

  • PMP certification a plus.
