What you will do

• Become a hands-on expert in the Brightspace platform and ensure its practical application.
• Support the sales process by becoming an expert in hirify.global products and services, including functionality and architecture.
• Prepare and present persuasive and expertly tailored product demonstrations to diverse audiences.
• Conduct needs analysis sessions with prospects to understand their infrastructure, needs, and potential customizations.
• Provide feedback to product management teams regarding use cases and field trends.
• Create technical documentation and materials as required for prospects.

Requirements

• 3+ years' experience as a Brightspace user (administrator or instructor).
• Comfort with other learning management systems and the learning technology ecosystem.
• Must be very comfortable with presenting complex education and technology concepts to various stakeholders.
• Excellent writing and comprehension skills.
• Ability to work remotely in a professional manner and meet multiple objectives with minimal supervision.
