Salary: $80,000–$85,000 CAD base salary + commission target

What you will do
- Develop and utilize knowledge of hirify.global products, industry, and competition to present value propositions and meet sales goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects in your assigned territory.
- Prepare accurate performance reports and continuously develop product expertise.
- Utilize internal CRM diligently, recording all client and/or prospect activities, sales opportunities, and forecasts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Three plus (3+) years of successful sales experience in the technology or software industry.
- Solid understanding of sales cycle management principles, including lead generation, pricing, and contract negotiation.
- Experience using Client Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and negotiation skills.
- Must be located in the Toronto / Greater Toronto Area (GTA).
