Customer Success Manager Intern (AI): Supporting customer adoption, retention, and value realization for hirify.global's geolocation and cybersecurity products, with an accent on leveraging low-code/automation tools to enhance efficiency and identify revenue opportunities. Focus on leading initiatives to engineer functional dashboards from non-integrated data and translating complex technical products into business value.

Location: Onsite in Vancouver, BC, Canada. This is a full-time, 40hr/week internship with no remote or hybrid option.

Salary: 50,000–58,000 CAD per year.

What you will do

  • Support customer lifecycle management, from sales to onboarding and retention, for major accounts.
  • Lead initiatives using low-code and automation tools to improve efficiency, such as building dashboards for pipeline and revenue opportunities.
  • Understand geolocation technology and translate its complexity into clear business value for customers.
  • Coordinate with various internal teams (product, sales, finance) to achieve revenue goals.
  • Engage in customer calls and support key business processes like migrations or onboarding.
  • Undertake high-value projects outside immediate scope to explore new skills and adapt to challenges.

Requirements

  • Pursuing or recently graduated from a post-secondary degree.
  • Strong communication skills, able to simplify complex technical terms for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Technical aptitude, comfortable quickly learning new tools like Salesforce, AI, and data analytics tools.
  • Analytical mindset, capable of transforming raw data into business documents or dashboards.
  • Adaptable and proactive, thriving in ad-hoc environments and building processes when needed.
  • Eager to use AI and LLMs to solve operational problems.
  • Must work onsite in Vancouver, BC, Canada; no remote or hybrid applications will be considered.
  • Proficient English is required.

Nice to have

  • Customer service, retail, service, or sales experience.
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRMs.
  • Student leadership experience or participation in hackathons.
  • Portfolio of projects demonstrating automation solutions for business problems.
