TL;DR

Client Sales Executive (UAE): Lead sales activities for enterprise clients to achieve assigned sales quotas and drive consultative solutions, expanding depth and quality of relationships. Focus on developing selling opportunities, orchestrating end-to-end sales cycles, and advising customers on hirify.global solutions in a complex data and cloud technology landscape.

Location: Based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This is a hybrid role with some level of in-office and/or in-person expectations.

What you will do

  • Develop selling opportunities within existing and new accounts, including partner accounts.
  • Collaborate with Solution Engineers to develop a long-term product strategy.
  • Lead the end-to-end sales cycle, including pipeline generation, qualification, solution design, pricing, and negotiation.
  • Act as a sales orchestrator, bringing in the right experts at the right place and time.
  • Oversee multiple concurrent sales motions to ensure a customer-centric approach.
  • Gain customer trust and be the go-to advisor by studying customer needs and proposing relevant hirify.global solutions.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 12+ years of experience in direct sales with a consistent track record of exceeding quotas and driving net new business.
  • Deep knowledge of customer goals and the ability to build strong relationships with C-level/LOB executives.
  • Highly organized and disciplined with the ability to coordinate and lead multiple concurrent selling efforts.
  • Ability to speak credibly on modern computing, storage, data, security, and cloud technologies/concepts.
  • Native Arabic and fluent English required.
