Senior Partner Account Manager (Sales): Leading and building a global partner ecosystem and driving strategy and execution for high-value strategic partners with an accent on developing joint business plans and managing partner-sourced revenue. Focus on influencing partners’ go-to-market strategies, optimizing incentive programs, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve revenue and strategic goals.

Location: Hybrid, available in Dubai, UAE. Travel up to 30-50% depending on business needs.

What you will do

  • Lead partner business planning and execution for strategic global accounts.
  • Drive strategy and execution for managing high-value, strategic partners across Turkey & Qatar.
  • Develop and optimize key partner relationships globally, managing the full sales lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with sales teams on joint territory planning and alignment.
  • Drive partner sales enablement, training, and certifications for sales and technical teams.
  • Manage partner programs, including MDF, SPIFF, and other incentive programs.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and Turkish.
  • 8+ years of experience in partner management, SaaS, Cloud Infrastructure, or Security sales and channel management.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing strategies that drive partner-sourced revenue and business growth across Turkey & Qatar.
  • Experience working with senior-level executives within partner organizations to align on business objectives.
  • Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, SaaS, and security solutions.
  • Ability to manage complex, global partner relationships and influence partner strategies.
  • Ability to travel up to 30-50% depending on business needs.
