Senior Solution Engineer (AI): Presenting and demonstrating hirify.global's AI Data Cloud capabilities to executives and technical contributors with an accent on value-based selling and driving adoption. Focus on proving the value of Generative AI and Machine Learning use cases through hands-on engagement and supporting complex enterprise Proof of Concepts.

Location: Must have experience in the UAE market, with a preference for already being based there.

What you will do

• Present hirify.global's AI Data Cloud vision and capabilities to executives and technical contributors.
• Work hands-on to demonstrate and communicate the value of hirify.global technology throughout the sales cycle.
• Maintain a deep understanding of competitive and complementary technologies and vendors.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing to continuously improve hirify.global’s products.

Requirements

• 5-10+ years of industry pre-sales experience.
• Outstanding presenting skills and executive presence.
• Strong understanding and practical experience with value-based selling and sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPIC/MEDDIC).
• Broad experience with Data platforms, analytics, and cloud technologies, including deep knowledge of data warehousing, data lakes, and lake house architectures.
• Proven ability to discuss and demonstrate the value of Generative AI and Machine Learning (ML) use cases.
• Deep hands-on expertise with Python and SQL.
• Experience in the UAE market is required, with a preference for already being based there.
• English: B2 required.

Nice to have

• University degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or related fields, or equivalent experience.
• Arabic fluency.
