Job title: Indoor Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our products and services, highlighting features and benefits.
• Proactively engage customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
• preparing customized quotations, effectively closing sales and achieving monthly sales targets.
• Process transactions accurately using our POS system and handle cash transactions as needed.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to foster repeat business and customer loyalty.

Requirements and Skills

• Experience in Indoor or retail sales within the tiles or building materials industry, preferably in Dubai, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customer inquiries effectively.
• Knowledge of basic computer applications and familiarity with POS systems.
