What you will do

• Manage the day-to-day relationships with clients (agencies and advertisers) to ensure satisfaction with hirify.global solutions.
• Consult advertisers and propose relevant hirify.global solutions with the goal of optimizing customer ROI and resolving pain points.
• Create actionable plans to drive product adoption and educate agencies and their clients.
• Lead client business reviews and communicate optimizations made, along with the planned roadmap.
• Analyze advertising campaign metrics to ensure client goals (ROI, ROAS, Revenue) are reached.
• Partner closely with the sales team to ensure timely and efficient onboarding of new clients.

Requirements

• Over 5 years of proven experience in client or agency management within a sales organization.
• Industry experience in digital advertising, e-commerce, advertising technology, or mobile.
• Proficient knowledge and experience in display, performance marketing, and full-funnel account initiatives.
• Strong track record of success driving revenue through creative prospecting and new business creation.
• Proficient in written and spoken Mandarin & English.
