What you will do

• Optimize and improve the marketing operations function across various teams including Marketing, Sales, Onboarding, and partners.
• Act as the single point of contact for all Hubspot-related processes for internal teams.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to segment data and enhance marketing ROI using Hubspot insights.
• Integrate Hubspot with allied platforms for communication, billing, analytics, and reporting to ensure seamless data flow.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the CRM (Hubspot) by regularly monitoring for duplication and errors.
• Build ad-hoc solutions using external tools like Zapier and Looker to facilitate cross-functional data access and reporting.

Requirements

• 4-5 years of experience working with Hubspot or similar enterprise-grade CRM.
• Proficiency in Hubspot workflows, integrations, and native reporting tools.
• Strong exposure to sales processes and pipelines.
• Experience with system integration platforms such as Zapier.
• Experience with reporting platforms like Looker and Power BI.
• Ability to take ownership, stay updated with organizational initiatives, and communicate effectively.
