What you will do
- Establish brand marketing metrics and KPIs across social listening, engagement, reach, and conversion.
- Develop and implement analytics tools and dashboards for real-time reporting on brand marketing metrics.
- Conduct social listening and sentiment analysis to inform strategic recommendations for brand perception and engagement.
- Collaborate with product data teams to identify correlations between marketing and product metrics.
- Contribute as a key internal partner for brand health research with agencies to track brand awareness, reputation, and sentiment.
- Deliver data-driven insights on social engagement, video performance, campaign conversions, and cost-efficiency to optimize brand marketing strategies.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in marketing analytics, brand measurement, or data analysis with a strong track record.
- Proficiency in social listening tools, share-of-voice analysis, social media tracking, video performance metrics, and conversion analysis.
- Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, or other data visualization and reporting software.
- Knowledge of digital marketing metrics, including audience demographics, engagement rates, brand sentiment, and conversion tracking.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, especially product data analysts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
Nice to have
- Experience with brand health studies and consumer insights, including awareness, loyalty, and sentiment analysis.
- Familiarity with customer journey mapping, attribution modeling, and advanced statistical analysis.
- Background in a consumer-driven industry with high social media and video engagement, such as digital media, live entertainment, or e-commerce.
