What you will do
- Develop and implement customer experience communications strategies related to third-party organizations and stakeholders.
- Project manage initiatives across marketing functions, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Manage workflows, improve processes, and facilitate review cycles to deliver projects on time and with quality.
- Perform regular and ad-hoc analyses using SQL, Google Sheets, or other reporting tools to provide actionable insights.
- Own the end-to-end management of third-party review platforms such as Trustpilot, G2, and Clutch.
- Provide thought leadership, strategic insight, and clear communication on the company’s marketing strategy.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- 6-8 years of experience in marketing operations, project management, campaign execution, or comparable consulting/strategy roles leveraging data insights.
- Experience with TrustPilot, G2, Clutch, and other review sites.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to document processes, with preferred experience in tools like Asana.
- Experience supporting creative workflows, including intake, briefs, and quality assurance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with impeccable grammar and a command of the English language.
Nice to have
- Experience managing social media channels.
- Experience with SQL or Power BI.
- Familiarity with process modeling or AI-driven automation.
