Location: Mostly remote from Tennessee, United States, with occasional office visits.

What you will do

  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align across go-to-market strategies, sales enablement, and product positioning.
  • Support the planning and execution of integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns and product launches.
  • Serve as the Salesforce subject-matter expert for CRM configuration, data governance, and reporting.
  • Manage and execute integrations and marketing automation workflows across Salesforce, Definitive Healthcare, and other platforms.
  • Support the sales team with operational tasks, including creating quotes, supporting contracting, and onboarding new team members.
  • Conduct market and competitive research and compile campaign performance data to identify trends and opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales and marketing operations, marketing generalist roles, or sales enablement, preferably within the healthcare technology industry.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Salesforce CRM, including dashboard/report creation, CRM configuration, and marketing automation tools within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce workflows and process improvements.
  • Experience executing multi-channel marketing campaigns and product launches.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills with experience using tools such as Excel and Power BI.

Nice to have

  • Experience with healthcare data tools such as Definitive Healthcare or similar platforms.
  • Project management experience.
