What you will do
- Develop and execute strategies to expand contact reach within existing customer accounts across various departments, brands, and regions.
- Plan and deliver mid-funnel engagement initiatives, including physical meet-ups, executive roundtables, and virtual events.
- Organize and lead 1:1 customer workshops, interpreting data insights and translating findings into compelling storytelling.
- Own all customer email communications, from monthly newsletters to targeted upsell and cross-sell campaigns.
- Lead the strategic development of customer nurturing programs based on product usage data and intent signals.
- Align regularly with Customer Success, Sales, and Revenue Operations to define expansion priorities and go-to-market plans.
- Track, analyze, and report on engagement metrics, campaign performance, and direct revenue contribution.
Requirements
- 3–4 years of experience in customer marketing, field marketing, or a related area with a solid understanding of digital marketing tactics.
- Strong communication and storytelling abilities with experience crafting engaging content and campaigns.
- Familiarity with email marketing tools (ideally Hubspot) and CRM environments like Salesforce.
- Data-driven with the ability to track campaign performance, analyze results, and refine strategies.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure integrated marketing success.
- Must be a proactive self-starter with strong organizational skills and adaptability to fast-paced environments.
