What you will do

• Design and launch comprehensive marketing plans with technology partners to create high-converting global demand generation campaigns.
• Manage and optimize Market Development Funds (MDF) to fuel high-impact programs, ensuring pipeline growth and ROI.
• Orchestrate end-to-end project lifecycles, aligning stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, and Integrated Campaigns.
• Build and maintain deep relationships with partner executives and internal stakeholders to unlock co-marketing opportunities.
• Analyze campaign data and partner impact to provide actionable insights and continuously refine tactics.

Requirements

• Proven ability to position complex joint solutions and connect strategic goals to demand-driving execution, preferably with or for Microsoft.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a focus on budget management (internal and MDF budgets) and resource allocation.
• Strong communication skills and executive presence, with a track record of building cross-functional buy-in.
• Proactive, resourceful mindset, able to shift between big-picture strategy and hands-on execution.
• Expected to work from the Santa Clara, CA, New York, NY, or Bellevue, WA office.
