What you will do
- Manage, mentor, and coach a team of Campaign Program Managers.
- Define career paths, identify training, and foster professional growth within the team.
- Manage team capacity and enforce Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for asset delivery.
- Own the full campaign workflow from strategy brief to final launch.
- Oversee end-to-end execution of all integrated campaigns across various channels.
- Lead the team in managing high-impact webinars and coordinate operational support for strategic events.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in demand generation, marketing operations, program management, or campaign execution.
- Proven experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Expertise in project management software (e.g., Asana, Jira) and marketing technology stacks.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on operational efficiency and channel performance.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders.
