Campaign Manager

TL;DR

Campaign Manager: Leading the strategy and execution of global solution campaigns for hirify.global’s endpoint management and security offering with an accent on the entire campaign lifecycle from content development to activation, reporting, and optimization. Focus on architecting buyer-centric programs and providing actionable insights for continuous campaign improvement.

Location: Hybrid position requiring a minimum of three days per week in one of the following US offices: Addison, TX; Bellevue, WA; Durham, NC; Emeryville, CA; or Reston, VA.

Salary: $70,000–$210,000 annual base salary.

What you will do

• Lead strategy and execution of integrated multi-channel campaigns to generate leads and pipeline globally.
• Collaborate with Product, Field, Partner, Corporate Communications, and other teams to define and implement campaigns.
• Architect innovative, multi-touch engagement programs based on the customer buyer’s journey.
• Coordinate campaign assets and content creation with internal contributors and external vendors.
• Analyze performance reports and dashboards to measure effectiveness and inform strategic decisions.
• Communicate clear and consistent updates on strategy, tactics, goals, and performance.

Requirements

• BA or BS in marketing or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in marketing campaigns, digital marketing, or integrated marketing.
• Proven track record of delivering end-to-end integrated campaigns and high-ROI demand generation programs.
• Experience working with international teams and collaborating across regions.
• Analytical mindset with understanding of SiriusDecisions Waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent writing skills for landing pages, email, and ad copy.

• B2B experience.
• Experience in cybersecurity, cloud/SaaS, or IT environments.
