Salary: For USA-based roles: $75,000–$105,000 USD (annual base salary), commission-eligible. For Canada-based roles: $71,000–$99,000 CAD (annual base salary), commission-eligible.

What you will do
- Serve as the primary technical advisor for SMB sales opportunities within the Go-to-market team.
- Partner with Account Executives to deliver scalable, impactful technical support throughout the sales cycle.
- Position tailored product solutions that align with SMB customer needs, goals, and common use cases.
- Manage proof-of-concept (POC) engagements and support customers with compliance needs (security questionnaires, RFP/RFI's).
- Collaborate with Sales Enablement, Product, Marketing, and Customer Experience to create resources and enablement materials.
- Deliver product education to customers and represent the team at select industry events.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a technical customer-facing role (B2B SaaS).
- Must be based in Eastern Time Zone.
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly and confidently to a wide range of audiences.
- Strong presentation, communication, and storytelling skills.
- Experience working with SaaS solutions; familiarity with the security space and related compliance frameworks (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR) is strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote-first team.
Nice to have
- Working knowledge of modern sales qualification frameworks (e.g., MEDDPICC).
- Experience using hirify.global or another password manager.
