Location: This role follows a hybrid schedule, with on-site work at our Westlake/Dallas, TX office Tuesday through Thursday and remote flexibility on Mondays and Fridays. Candidates must be able to travel 4-6 times a year for in-person sessions and be legally authorized to work in the USA.

Salary: $105,600–$132,000 USD (annual)

What you will do

• Analyze, evaluate, and make recommendations on company strategy.
• Leverage models (e.g., SWOT, Porter’s Five Forces) to validate business prioritization and product strategy.
• Collaborate with strategy team members to design and communicate hirify.global’s strategy.
• Support cross-functional teams by identifying strategic opportunities and trade-offs.
• Create, design, and deliver internal strategy presentations for executive-level audiences.
• Assist in due diligence for potential inorganic growth and identify untapped revenue streams.

Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant experience in corporate strategy or a similar role OR a Master’s degree + 2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong general management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of corporate strategy frameworks.
• Experience producing presentations for executive-level audiences.
• Basic familiarity with the B2B SaaS industry.
• Advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment with strong communication skills.
• Ability to travel 4-6 times a year for in-person sessions.
