Salary: $101,000 - $140,000 USD, depending on location.

What you will do
- Partner with Finance and Sales leadership on key planning processes.
- Define and standardize reporting processes, monitor performance metrics, and forecast results for business reviews and strategic planning.
- Provide input to the development and delivery of sales reports and dashboards.
- Manage and improve forecasting processes to ensure accurate and timely sales projection.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align strategies and optimize the organization's sales initiatives.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics, offering insights and developing strategies to enhance sales effectiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations and Strategy, including direct work with sales leadership.
- Proven track record of successful sales operations management and strategy implementation.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating a proactive approach to continuous improvement and efficiency.
- A strong sense of intellectual curiosity and a focus on scaling processes through automation and repeatable methods.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, basic SQL, data visualization tools, sales forecasting and prospecting tools.
