Location: Onsite in Vancouver, BC

Salary: 50000 - 58000 CAD per year

• Work with leaders across HR, Product, and Engineering to identify and solve process issues.
• Prototype and ship solutions using AI and low-code tools.
• Automate manual processes to improve efficiency.
• Use data to inform HR strategies.
• Gain exposure to HR strategists and engineering leaders.
• Participate in high-value projects outside the immediate scope of the role to explore new skills.

Requirements

• Pursuing or recently graduated from a post-secondary program in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• Product mindset with technology skills, especially with code assist tools.
• User-focused with care for UI/UX and user adoption.
• Communicative and able to present complex changes simply.
• Discrete with integrity and confidentiality.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with HRIS systems like Workday or Lever.
• Experience in tech or product case competitions.
• AI-native skills for development, code generation, and structuring complex problems.
