What you will do
- Own the strategy and successful execution of strategic engagements and pursuits across APAC.
- Lead and guide the strategic pursuits team, providing oversight to Strategic Account Executives.
- Drive large, multi-year, multi-product deals to enhance ARR durability and lifetime value.
- Create structured expansion pathways across products, business units, and geographies.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders, aligning hirify.global's platform with customer business outcomes.
- Lead collaborative efforts with cross-functional Go-To-Market teams, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure aligned regional targets and strong post-sales engagement.
Requirements
- 10-18 years of experience in enterprise sales consulting in Cloud, Security, or Platform SaaS environments.
- Demonstrated ability to sell into large, complex, competitive opportunities.
- Regular C-level engagement with established relationships with C-level executives.
- Strong analytical and execution capabilities, with excellent written, verbal, and executive-level communication skills.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
- Experience in cloud, cybersecurity, networking, or SaaS environments.
- Experience across most markets in APAC.
