What you will do
- Recruit, develop, and lead a team of 5-7 Enterprise Sales Reps in the NYC Metro Territory.
- Build and develop future sales leaders within hirify.global.
- Create and execute a business plan to exceed sales goals.
- Manage the sales ecosystem from lead generation to closing deals.
- Contribute to the GTM strategy as part of the leadership team, reporting to the VP of Sales.
- Occasionally perform duties outside standard working hours due to time zone differences in a remote-first setup.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience leading Enterprise sales teams.
- Proven track record of consistent overachievement annually.
- Experience leading sales teams selling through security channel partners.
- Experience navigating complex sales cycles.
- Experience with SaaS sales in cloud, logs, metrics, IT operations, and security.
- Background selling large deals to Fortune 1000 enterprises.
- Experience using the MEDDIC sales methodology.
- Experience developing pipeline and opening new accounts.
