Location: Hybrid role based in the UK and Ireland with travel to client sites.

What you will do

  • Build, enable, and retain the sales specialist team to support Machine Identity Security (MIS) activities in the UK and Ireland regions.
  • Create and execute regional sales strategies for MIS in collaboration with business leaders and Area VPs.
  • Support Account Executives in discovering and developing MIS opportunities and building business cases.
  • Grow and maintain channel programs to expand MIS capabilities.
  • Drive strategic and large deals to exceed revenue targets by building relationships with C-level contacts.
  • Develop an expansion plan for existing hirify.global customers by integrating Secrets Management into their security programs.

Requirements

  • Enterprise Solution Selling experience as a direct seller or through channels.
  • Experience managing teams of technical pre-sales, account executives, or channel managers.
  • People Management experience with diverse teams.
  • Strong background in end-to-end Enterprise sales cycle selling into complex environments.
  • Good understanding of Machine Identity, DevSecOps, and cloud technology.
  • Ability to design and execute a successful partnership playbook on a global level.
  • Clear understanding of SaaS and Subscription-based business metrics.
  • Ability to travel to client sites.
