Salary: Base Pay Range: $135,000–$180,000 USD; On Target Earnings (OTE) Range: $180,000–$340,000 USD

What you will do

  • Drive revenue growth and exceed assigned quotas for high-value software and professional services.
  • Build a sustainable sales funnel through rigorous account mapping and territory planning.
  • Partner with Sales Engineering and cross-functional teams to close complex network security deals at the Executive/C-Level.
  • Proactively identify cross-selling opportunities to expand hirify.global’s footprint within accounts.
  • Lead high-impact product demonstrations, pilot implementations, and on-site evaluations (PoCs).
  • Refine go-to-market approaches and provide technical consultation to ensure maximum client value.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience selling security software, cloud solutions, and professional services into large enterprise environments.
  • Proven track record of engaging C-level executives and leveraging industry relationships.
  • Deep understanding of networking topologies and modern security architectures.
  • Expertise in "land and expand" strategies and customer-centric selling.
  • Ability to thrive in multi-tiered, multi-divisional sales organizations in a remote or virtual environment.
  • Consistent success in managing complex sales cycles from engagement to implementation.
