The Opportunity
We’re rebuilding a high performing enterprise sales organization and hiring an experienced Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to own named enterprise accounts in territory. This is a senior role for a relationship driven enterprise seller with a proven cybersecurity track record and established executive relationships (e.g., CIO/CISO and business leaders) across Fortune 500/1000 logos in territory. You’ll partner tightly with Sales Engineering and Channel to expand existing relationships and land new divisions within strategic accounts.
What You’ll Do
- Own a portfolio of named enterprise accounts in [territory]; drive net new divisions and expansions across Fortune 500/1000 customers.
- Create and execute territory & account plans with clear whitespace, multithreading, and executive alignment.
- Sell business outcomes to nontechnical executives (C-suite, SVP/VP line of business) while leveraging SEs for technical depth.
- Orchestrate complex cycles (>$200K–$1M+), align multi-stakeholders, manage evaluations/POCs, and negotiate to close.
- Leverage the channel (resellers/SIs) for coverage, pipeline, and deal acceleration; co-sell and enable partners.
- Forecast with rigor, maintain CRM hygiene (Salesforce), and collaborate cross functionally (Marketing, SE, CS, Product).
- Represent Vectra with professionalism, urgency, and integrity in a fast paced environment.
What You’ll Bring
- 10+ years of enterprise field sales with the majority in cybersecurity; consistent attainment against multimillion dollar quotas.
- Named account pedigree: multiyear ownership of large enterprise customers in [territory], with executive relationships you can activate quickly.
- Proven experience closing complex, multithreaded deals at $200K–$1M+ ACV (both land and expand).
- Business value seller: comfortable leading executive conversations; you rely on SEs for deep technical validation (not a presales/SE profile).
- Channel first motion: successful co-selling with VARs/SIs/distributors; strong partner orchestration.
- Stability and progression in roles (not a job hopper); true quota carrying experience
- Backgrounds we value: Zscaler, CrowdStrike, Sentinel One, FireEye (or comparable cyber native enterprise vendors).
Nice to Have
- Experience selling to accounts like Lowe’s, Home Depot, Delta, and other Fortune 500 enterprises (or equivalent logos in territory).
- Strong POV on how to build repeatable velocity in a defined set of named logos.
Compensation
The competitive total rewards package includes cash compensation within the range of $234,200—$306,200 USD.
