TL;DR

Director of Strategic Accounts (Cybersecurity Sales): Generating opportunities and positioning the hirify.global platform within assigned territories in North Carolina and Atlanta with an accent on expertly managing complex sales cycles and C-suite engagement. Focus on driving a superior customer experience by delivering tailored technology solutions and exceeding sales quotas.

Location: Remote (US-based, assigned territory in North Carolina and Atlanta)

Salary: $75,000–$225,000 annually, plus commission eligible.

What you will do

  • Articulate the value of the hirify.global platform to decision makers and expertly manage complex sales cycles.
  • Nurture and develop relationships within the assigned territory and/or accounts, presenting to C-suite contacts.
  • Collaborate with Partner and Marketing teams to define and support prospecting and sales efforts.
  • Generate appropriate sales development activity to ensure healthy pipeline management.
  • Accurately forecast and maintain excellent SFDC hygiene.
  • Conduct online webinars or in-person presentations and travel as needed.

Requirements

  • Significant enterprise software sales experience, generating and closing large and complex transactions.
  • Strong team mentality for managing and using virtual resources to tackle large sales cycles.
  • Proven track record of exceeding quota.
  • Experience calling on and presenting to C-Suite level contacts.
  • Ability to evangelize and build new business opportunities within an assigned territory.
  • English: B2 required.
