Salary: $174,200–$261,200

What you will do

• Own the product strategy for existing Chat and Knowledge surfaces, including Chatbots and synchronous chat in Agents.
• Develop clear recommendations for product evolution, considering customer impact, revenue, and pricing.
• Navigate ambiguous organizational boundaries, aligning teams and securing leadership buy-in for executable plans.
• Build business cases, define success metrics, and secure resources for recommended paths.
• Balance speed with customer outcomes and revenue protection while validating assumptions.
• Communicate clearly and frequently across the company about Chat & Knowledge direction.

Requirements

• Solid experience with AI or conversational product, having shipped user-facing AI products, chatbots, or knowledge tools.
• Proficiency in managing complicated organizational situations, involving multiple teams and existing products.
• Pragmatic and outcome-oriented approach, with ruthless prioritization and clear documentation of tradeoffs.
• Strong communication skills in a remote-first environment, effective in written updates and async communication.
• Availability for team meetings between 10am - 5pm ET at least 3 days per week.
