Salary: $170,000–$220,500

What you will do

• Own the design vision for the Foundations pillar of the hirify.global network.
• Design core supplier experiences from onboarding and identity to profile management and navigation.
• Ensure seamless supplier movement across Grow, Transact, and other hirify.global offerings.
• Establish the hirify.global Supplier Portal (CPS) as the single source of truth for suppliers.
• Consolidate fragmented experiences into a cohesive, AI-powered network portal.
• Set the standard for supplier engagement and position CPS as the industry’s leading procurement network.

Requirements

• Experience as a Lead Designer, specifically in UX, for platform-oriented roles.
• Ability to own and drive design vision for foundational experiences within a complex ecosystem.
• Proven track record of designing core user journeys and managing identity and profile flows.
• Experience consolidating fragmented experiences into cohesive, unified platforms.
• Understanding of the critical role foundational design plays in overall product health and scalability.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
