What you will do
- Lead end-to-end design, execution, and continuous improvement of core people programs, including new hire journeys, growth cycles, and manager/individual contributor development.
- Design programs with employee experience, growth, and Snorkel’s culture as core priorities.
- Serve as a key in-person facilitator and host for onboarding sessions, manager training, and learning experiences.
- Ensure programs are operationally excellent, delivered on time, and clearly communicated.
- Build detailed program plans, manage timelines, and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders.
- Partner with the HRBP team to design tools, training, and live learning experiences that help managers lead effectively.
Requirements
- Minimum of five years of experience in Learning & Development, People Programs, HR Program Management, or a related role.
- Proven experience owning and executing people programs end-to-end, such as onboarding, performance management, or manager development.
- Strong program management skills, including planning, execution, stakeholder coordination, and iteration.
- A genuine passion for employee experience, learning, and in-person engagement.
- Experience supporting and coaching managers through structured programs and periods of change.
- Comfort using data to assess program effectiveness and inform improvements.
- Experience working in a fast-growing or scaling environment.
