Location: Hybrid in San Francisco, CA

Salary: $160,000 - $200,000 USD

What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end design, execution, and continuous improvement of core people programs, including new hire journeys, growth cycles, and manager/individual contributor development.
  • Design programs with employee experience, growth, and Snorkel’s culture as core priorities.
  • Serve as a key in-person facilitator and host for onboarding sessions, manager training, and learning experiences.
  • Ensure programs are operationally excellent, delivered on time, and clearly communicated.
  • Build detailed program plans, manage timelines, and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Partner with the HRBP team to design tools, training, and live learning experiences that help managers lead effectively.

Requirements

  • Minimum of five years of experience in Learning & Development, People Programs, HR Program Management, or a related role.
  • Proven experience owning and executing people programs end-to-end, such as onboarding, performance management, or manager development.
  • Strong program management skills, including planning, execution, stakeholder coordination, and iteration.
  • A genuine passion for employee experience, learning, and in-person engagement.
  • Experience supporting and coaching managers through structured programs and periods of change.
  • Comfort using data to assess program effectiveness and inform improvements.
  • Experience working in a fast-growing or scaling environment.
