What you will do
- Build and scale a comprehensive learning ecosystem for Experience Design, emphasizing AI tools and modern design practices.
- Define and own a global learning strategy and curriculum, balancing self-serve and event-based learning.
- Partner with the AI Experiences team to identify skill needs and translate them into actionable learning programs.
- Establish and support a site-based activation model and design core cultural cadences for creative exchange.
- Develop and scale internal programs (talks, showcases) and manage external partnerships for industry presence.
- Lead the awards and recognition strategy for Experience Design.
Requirements
- Senior experience leading learning, culture, or community programs within design, technology, or creative organizations.
- Strong understanding of design, research, and content disciplines and their skill development needs.
- Fluency in AI tools, workflows, or a demonstrated ability to build learning programs around emerging tech trends.
- Proven ability to build and scale global programs from scratch and adapt them as organizations evolve.
- Exceptional cross-functional collaboration and communication skills, comfortable operating in ambiguity.
- 10+ years of experience in product, design, or creative organizations with ownership of learning, culture, or design-operations initiatives.
- Work authorization for the United States (E-Verify) is required.
