TL;DR

Business Development Representative: Generating new pipeline for the business by communicating hirify.global’s platform and aligning solutions with customer business objectives with an accent on strategic messaging, persona targeting, and account strategy. Focus on developing and nurturing accounts through outbound channels and building sales-ready opportunities.

Location: Hybrid schedule with on-site work in Dublin, Ireland on Wednesday and Thursday, and remote flexibility on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays.

What you will do

  • Partner with sales reps to strategically determine messaging, persona targets, and account strategy.
  • Research target accounts, identify key players, and craft targeted lists and messaging.
  • Develop and nurture accounts and contacts through outbound calls, social messaging, emails, and events.
  • Build sales-ready opportunities and transfer leads to Sales Representatives.
  • Manage sales pipeline using Salesforce.com, preparing reports and forecasts.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly quotas of qualified appointments and pipeline generated.
