Location: Hybrid role with an office in La Defense, France. Candidates must have the ability to work in our La Defense office as needed (ideally 2x/week, but not a necessity). The role supports customers across multiple EMEA markets, including the UK, Ireland, DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland), and France. Flexibility to accommodate customer meetings across EMEA time zones is required, with an expected travel of 20-30% across EMEA.

What you will do
- Engage with hirify.global's customers across multiple EMEA markets to drive value realization and ensure business outcomes through solution consumption.
- Manage a diverse portfolio of complex, global customer accounts, ensuring mutual success across the customer lifecycle.
- Proactively engage customers to ensure full functionality adoption to get maximum value from hirify.global solutions.
- Facilitate executive meetings that measure progress and business impact, adapting approaches to regional business practices.
- Develop and document advanced, cross-functional account strategies and deliver value relevant to each customer.
- Identify opportunities at customer accounts to grow hirify.global's footprint through expansion of services and deepen customer relationships.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Engagement/Success, Account Management, or Sales.
- Strong knowledge of SaaS models and value-based engagement.
- Strong business and financial acumen; treasury domain expertise is a plus.
- Track record of driving client adoption, retention, and growth.
- Expert relationship-building, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- English: Fluent/Professional working proficiency (C1) required for internal collaboration and international customer communication.
- Experience working across multiple international markets and navigating diverse business cultures.
Nice to have
- German or French language proficiency.
- Experience facilitating executive-level meetings and advisory boards.
