What you will do
- Create strategic, long-term relationships with corporate leaders across your territory.
- Nurture and expand relationships with customer accounts, identifying opportunities to introduce new products.
- Develop and execute sales plans, managing the sales pipeline to consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue quotas.
- Conduct heavy prospecting via phone, email, and marketing campaigns, coordinating with the marketing department to qualify leads.
- Meet with clients and present value propositions to senior-level executives to negotiate and close deals.
- Manage and track customer information in Salesforce and provide regular reporting of pipeline and forecasts.
Requirements
- Strong discipline in pipeline management, CRM, forecasting, and account/territory plans.
- 4+ years experience selling software to enterprise clients.
- 4+ years experience selling embedded analytics, Business Intelligence, reporting, budgeting, and planning solutions.
- Bachelor's degree and/or relevant work experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including cold calls, proposal preparation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with energy, drive, commitment, and passion.
