What you will do
- Recruit, interview, hire, coach, and mentor Sales Managers to build a world-class, diverse team of Account Executives.
- Attain quota, forecast accurately, and drive linearity in sales performance.
- Position the team to grow successfully, creating an engine for increased revenue year-over-year.
- Accelerate the Corporate segment by optimizing for deal velocity and execution.
- Drive partnerships motion by identifying leading partners and guiding the sales team.
- Advise CMOs & CTOs on the strategic importance of global websites as marketing assets.
- Collaborate cross-functionally across Sales, Marketing, and Product to implement sales strategies.
Requirements
- 15+ years of Sales experience, including 6+ years in Sales Leadership and 4+ years in Second-Line management.
- Deep understanding of both Product-Led Sales (PLS) and Enterprise Sales.
- Experience building and launching playbooks to accelerate segment speed, deal size, and win rates.
- Solid quantitative foundation for sales to track performance metrics and drive decisions with data.
- Track record of recruiting, hiring, and retaining world-class, diverse talent.
- Actively building fluency in emerging technologies like AI to unlock creativity and amplify impact.
