hirify.global is a product company seeking a Sales Director for its Datagrid division, which focuses on AI-driven automation solutions.

What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and scale a sales team (AEs, SDRs, SEs) to achieve strategic objectives and exceed revenue quotas.
  • Own the go-to-market strategy for your segment, developing territory plans and managing sales forecasting.
  • Act as a hands-on coach, helping structure complex deals and providing continuous training.
  • Become an expert in Datagrid’s AI Agents value proposition, automating workflows and connecting systems.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with key accounts and C-level executives to generate new business and expand revenue.
  • Refine the sales process, tools, and playbooks with sales operations and enablement.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of enterprise software sales experience with a proven track record of closing six- to seven-figure SaaS contracts.
  • 5+ years in a sales leadership role (Manager or Director level) directly managing Account Executives.
  • Strong front-line enterprise selling experience and comfort in leading a team and closing deals.
  • Demonstrated experience executing sales leadership methodologies and owning territory management.
  • Extensive knowledge of enterprise SaaS business models and key metrics (ARR, LTV, CAC).
  • Passion for AI and automation, with the ability to articulate technical value to diverse audiences.
